What is the estimated delivery time on my products?
We deliver from the Netherlands to several countries within Europe. We use the following delivery times.
- Netherlands: 1-2 working days
- Belgium: 1-2 working days
- Luxembourg: 2-3 working days
- Germany: 2-3 working days
How much are the delivery costs?
The delivery fee for orders under €50 is €5.95. For orders over €50, we offer free delivery.
Do you offer free delivery?
For orders with an order value over €50, we do not charge shipping costs. Your order will be delivered to you free of charge.
Can I choose a time slot for the delivery of my product?
That's not possible, unfortunately.
What's the status of my order?
In your account, you can easily find out where your package is. You can also find a link to your Track & Trace here or in your shipping confirmation email.
What should I do if I haven't received my package?
We recommend:
- View the Track & Trace code of your package.
You can find this information in your shipping confirmation. - Check the delivery address
Did you enter the correct delivery address? Make sure to check your postal code as well. - Check your mailbox
Did you receive a failed delivery notification? The package might have been delivered
to your neighbors, or the delivery driver might have planned a new delivery time. - Are you unsure where your package is? Please wait a little longer, as your package may be delayed. Have you not received your package after 5 workdays? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please do so within 14 days after the original delivery day. We're happy to help you.
Can I pick up a product in the store if the product is sold out online?
That's not possible, unfortunately.
Can I pick up my order in the Royal Talens Experience Centre in Apeldoorn?
We don't offer this service (yet).
Can I pick up my package at a PostNL point?
We don't offer this service (yet).
