Can I return the product?
- Within 30 days after receiving your order, you have the option to return the product and receive a full refund.
- Make sure you return your products in their original state and packaging.
- After 30 days, your product is no longer eligible for return.
- All products can be returned, with the exception of the Talens | Pantone paper pads.
Can I exchange my product?
We do not offer exchanges, but you can return your product free of charge (see procedures below) and create a new order.
What are the return conditions?
- You can register your product for return within 30 days. After registering your product, you have another 14 days to return your product free of charge. You can choose to exchange your product for free or receive a refund.
- To receive a full refund, it is important you return the product in its original state and packaging.
- After 30 days, your product is no longer eligible for return.
- All products can be returned, with the exception of the Talens | Pantone paper pads.
How should I return my product?
- Go to http://royaltalens.shop and click on the profile icon in the green bar at the top of the page. This is the icon to the left of the shopping basket.
- Click on [forgot password].
- In the [E-mail] field, enter your e-mail address and then click [Continue].
- In your e-mail account, open the e-mail sent by Talens | Pantone and copy the six-digit verification code included in the e-mail.
- Return to the online shop and enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click on the order you want to submit the return for.
- If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
- Select a reason for the return and add a comment for the shop.
- Click on [Request return]
- Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with shipping instructions.
- After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
Can I return a product in store?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer this service (yet).
