How do I know if my product is in stock?
You can see this on the product page, right next to the price of the product.
How do I change my order?
Changing your order is only possible if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please contact our customer service to change the name or address of your order.
How can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel an order if it has not yet left our warehouse. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can refuse it at the door or return it free of charge via our customer service.
